“I place tremendous value in understanding the whole person. That’s why I’m grateful that I can bring my whole self to work when helping my clients.”
Drawing on a range of personal and professional experiences, I provide research support to our national investment manager research team. This includes working collaboratively with external investment managers to provide our client-facing Portfolio Managers with critical analysis of the various funds we make available to determine the best asset mix for clients. A detail-focused team player, I’m also actively involved in analyzing our clients’ investment performance and writing quarterly reports for our Indigenous Services group.
Prior to joining the firm, I worked for the brokerage arm of one of Canada’s chartered banks. I’m certified bilingual in English and French, and I have tutored elementary and high school math at the ‘Ecole Wiinibekuu School’ in the Cree Nation of Waskaganish. I’m very proud of being a tutor, as well as my time as Project Coordinator with the Dream Quest Camp at Algonquin College. These experiences connect me to my Indigenous roots and reinforce the importance of personal and collective history and traditions.
I hold degrees in Math and Economics from Carleton University as well as Civil Engineering from Concordia University.
