David began his career in 2000 and joined Leon Frazer & Associates* in 2019. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Carleton University, and completed his MBA from Dalhousie University. David is also a member of CFA Society Toronto and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
