CWB Core Mutual Funds™

CWB Wealth Management, a CWB Financial Group company, is the trustee, manager and principal distributor of the CWB Onyx Portfolio Series and CWB Core Mutual Funds, which are comprised of the CWB Onyx Conservative Solution, CWB Onyx Balanced Solution, CWB Onyx Growth Solution, CWB Onyx Diversified Income Fund, CWB Onyx Canadian Equity Fund, and CWB Onyx Global Equity Fund, CWB Core Equity Fund and CWB Core Fixed Fund. The CWB Onyx Portfolio Series and CWB Core Mutual Funds are also distributed by Canadian Western Financial Ltd. (CWF) as a participating dealer. CWB Wealth Management and CWF are subsidiaries of Canadian Western Bank. CWB Wealth Management pays a trailing commission to CWF, which is an ongoing commission for services and advice that CWF and CWF representatives provide to investors. The trailing commission paid to CWF is 0.50% for the CWB Onyx Diversified Income Fund, 0.75% for the CWB Onyx Conservative Solution, and 1.00% for the CWB Onyx Balanced Solution, CWB Onyx Growth Solution, CWB Onyx Canadian Equity Fund and CWB Onyx Global Equity Fund. The trailing commission paid to CWF for the CWB Core Funds is 0.5% annually, or $5 for each $1,000 invested and is paid from the relevant fund's management fee.

The CWB Group of companies is required to adhere to certain standards in dealing with the public. These standards include how we handle client complaints. Learn more about our steps for resolving your concerns below:


1. Talk to your portfolio manager.
We encourage clients to raise questions or concerns with their portfolio manager as soon as they arise. Portfolio managers will make every effort to resolve the concern immediately.


2. Contact the Chief Compliance Officer.

3. Contact the OBSI.
If you concerns are still unresolved, or you have not received proper resolution to your written complaint within 90 days, you can contact the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI) for their independent resolution or mediation services:
